For a completely unforgettable and out-of-the-ordinary diving adventure, step on-board a real life oil rig. Now converted into a comfortable and modern dive resort, it is built just 10m. above the sea with a spectacular house reef of its own, and only about 500m offshore from Mabul Island.

Seaventures' dive center offers a full range of PADI Courses, Go Pro, Divemaster, IDC courses, MSDT and TEC courses including cavern diving at the famous Sipadan's Turtle Tomb.
Diving was great at Seaventures, and what a novel idea to be able to stay and dive on a converted oil rig! The food wad delicious, the cabin was excellent and I would happily say the entire experience was great value.

HOW TO GET TO
SEAVENTURES
Guests usually fly directly to Tawau airport or transit via Kota Kinabalu and then take a 40-minute flight to Tawau. Arrival flight to Tawau must be before 14.30pm and departure flight must be after 14:00pm. From Tawau airport, the resort will transfer you to Semporna in about 90 minutes. From Semporna, take any of the free resort speed boats to Mabul Island. If you are already in Semporna, then you can hop onto the free Seaventures Dive Rig boat transfer to Mabul Island every morning.
